The 13th Cross-Faculty PG symposium 2022

The Postgraduate Affairs Office is pleased to inform all postgraduate students that the 13th Wits Cross- Faculty Postgraduate Symposium competition will take place online on 11, 12 and 13 July 2022.

Abstract Submission
The deadline for the submission of the registration form together with the abstract is 3 June 2022. Please fill in the registration form below and submit your abstract using the given abstract template below. The abstract template should be populated and saved with your student number and then uploaded in the designated section below. Also note the required format of the abstract.

The Postgraduate Affairs Office will communicate further details of the competition to successful applicants by 24 June 2022. If you have not heard from us by this date, please consider your application unsuccessful.

The successful applicants will develop their abstract to be presented via a 10-minute oral presentation live via teams on the 12 and 13 July 2022.

The 100 second gradflash contestants will present live or play a pre-designed presentation via MS Teams on 11 July 2022.

All poster presenters will pre-circulate their posters a day before for judges to view on the 25th July and then partake in their q&a session on Monday the 11 July 2022.
