Next Regular Maintenance Scheduled for 17:00 on Fri 29 November 2024

There will now be a regular maintenance session on the last Friday of every month (except for December). Maintenance will start at 17:00, but from about 16:30 you can expect to see a warning message if you are still logged into REDCap asking you to save your work and log out before we take the system offline.

Bulk Email Costs

Please note that we use the paid-for bulk email provider SendGrid to handle survey invites and transactional messages generated within Wits REDCap. We have a cap of 1000 free email messages per sender per month. If you exceed this limit, you will be asked to contribute 10c per email message (R100/1000 emails per month) to offset the SendGrid costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact redcapsupport@witshealth.co.za

The next Hands-on REDCap Workshop will be held online in November 2024. Click here to register or here to see more dates.
